This is our SFW Exclusive Misalignment Rockwell 9" Control Arm Bracket . It is designed to make easy work of linking up you Rockwell Axles. This bracket incorporates our exclusive SFW Misalignment system specifically for Large Flex Joints. The features of this SFW Exclusive product are as follows:

• CNC cut and formed from 1/4 A50 Plate Steel
• Ships un-painted and un-welded. SFW suggests having it welded by a qualified welder
• Total of (3) pieces per side that snap together with slots
• Bolt holes are 9/16 for mounting Large Flex Joints but can be drilled out to 1" for rod ends without reducing misalignment.
• The misalignment is accomplished by using specially designed tooling and high tonnage press. It offsets the 1/4" material to the inside of the tab by .25". This eliminated the need to use washers, spacers when mounting Large Flex Joint and adds significant strength to the bracket.
• While we recognize that in most cases when properly mounted the Large Flex Joint should not touch the side of most mounting tabs at full flex. However, it is still common practice to use some kind of spacer when mounting these joints. The SFW Misalignment brackets totally eliminate any need for spacers and provide unrestricted movement of the Flex Joint.
• As you can see in the pictures there is no way the joint will touch the tabs at full flex. The head of the bolt and washer sit recessed in the misalignment.
• The bracket is setup for mounting your lower control arms at 22.5 degrees per side to the center of your rig. The top links will go close too parallel of the frame
• This bracket has a total vertical separation of 9" from bolt center to bolt center to accommodate large tires.
• This 9" bracket is usually used on the front axles but can be used on the rear. We offer this same bracket in 7", 9" and 11" vertical separation. This part number is for the 9" bracket.
