This is our SFW Exclusive Misalignment Rockwell Axle Mount Tabs. These were designed specifically for Large Flex Joints and incorporate a built-in misalignment. These are pretty trick tabs and make mounting Large Flex Joints a snap. We offer almost all our joint mounting brackets and tabs with this built-in misalignment. The features of this SFW Product are as follows:

• CNC cut and formed from from 1/4" A50 Plate Steel
• Bolt holes are 9/16 for mounting Large Flex Joints but can be drilled out to 1" for rod ends without reducing mis-alignment.
• The misalignment is accomplished by using specially designed tooling and high tonnage press. It offsets the 1/4" material to the inside of the tab by .25". This eliminated the need to use washers, spacers when mounting Large Flex Joint and adds significant strength to the bracket..
• While we recognize that in most cases when properly mounted the Large Flex Joint should not touch the side of most mounting tabs at full flex. However, it is still common practice to use some kind of spacer when mounting these joints. The SFW Misalignment brackets totally eliminate any need for spacers and provide unrestricted movement of the Flex Joint.
• As you can see in the pictures there is no way the joint will touch the tabs at full flex. The head of the bolt and washer sit recessed in the misalignment.
• These come un-welded and un-painted. Welding required. SFW recommends having a qualified welder install these.
• Mounting distance is 2.625
• Cut for mounting to the square Rockwell axle tube
• This part consists of (3) peaces that snap together with slots and tabs and are then welded together making one link attachement.
• We offer this part in either a 22.5 degree, 10 degree and zero degree setup. Zero degree bracket is not side specific. Please specify what bracket you need.
